Amarnath Yatra 2010 : Well done Kashmir !

Inspite of violence and strikes @Kashmir, the real kashmiriat was seen during this year's AMARNATH CAVE YATRA. According 2 sources ,more than 4.5 lakhs people from all over the India visited cave this year within 45 days yatra and not a single casualty was seen this year. It is really laudable and can be said the biggest success for not only Kashmir govt but also Indian central govt.

After many decades I am happy to see the headlines from THE HINDU-  "Not a single untoward incident took place this year, despite the ongoing disturbances in Kashmir. Local residents made sure no pilgrims were harmed." It shows the real Kashmiriat and respect for AMARNATH YATRA in local citizens.

I should applause the central security for the pilgrims. According to newspaper, over 5000 CRPF, BSF and Army personnel deployed right from Jammu to the cave, along both the Baltal and Pahalgam routes, provided tight security for the pilgrims.

Well done Kashmir and Indian central se   curity force.

Hindu Terrorism : Harmful for India.

The emergence of hard extremist in the name of Hindutva is shame for Hindu society and to the nation. The so called Hindu community in all over the world is considered world’s one of the most calm and religious community but the proof of hard extremist Hindu leaders involvement in some recent blasts in India are no more healthy and right signs for it and the majority of its hindu population. It condition looks some more serious when some respected leaders in India are harboring such heinous criminals.

From the ancient times Hindu thoughts and activities are involved for the constructive measures where there is no role for terror and violence. Hindu mythology involves Brahmcharya, Grihastha, Vanprastha & Sanyas ashrams where in each and every stage the calmness, spirituality, harmony, wellness and equality of all living beings is advocated. Our great saints and gurus have advocated the path of non-violence and to follow the Dharma in ones entire life. The hindu mythology also advocates to give equal respect to all religions and communities in & around the world. Our all religious festivals, rituals and our faith always advocates the unity of human being, the equality of human being and doesn’t allow any violence and any terror.

But the recent emerging facts within such a oldest and world’s one of the strengthen community is no more representing the face of Hindu thoughts and their deeds. It can’t represent a solely responsible and a sacred religion. These hard extremist faces are even the enemy of this whole hindu community.

Now its time for government and all the responsible citizens in and around India to fight from such hardcore and should treat them as the criminals and terrorists against the nation.

Uttarpradesh : Is state having any development path?

I applause the effort put by union coal minister Shri Prakash Jaiswal to expedite the process for establishing two coal based power plants in Uttarpradesh. Today this highest populated Indian state is facing the power supply as the biggest acute problem. The continuous state government’s negligence has kept the state in the most chaotic condition. Today no major industries are getting attracted towards this state simply because there is no proper electricity supply. In summer season the whole state faces the brunt of heat & each year the state government gives the assurance of proper power supply to aam-adami but forgets theses assurance in the temper of ruling government.

Recently all the newspapers printed the news that state owned power major NTPC rejected a plan to establish a power plant near to Jhansi & Lalitpur simply because state ruling government (BSP) denied to provide required land. When the competition is very tough between states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu etc to trap the power projects to laydown the progress path of their states, Uttarpradesh continuously neglecting all these basic requirement and boasting to have a pro-aam adami government. Navinpatanaik, CM, Orissa is running around PM and planning commission in New-delhi to clear the proposed POSCO, VEDANTA projects which will not only generate a huge employment to his state but also help to urbanize the poor and backward areas. But Uttarpradesh ruling government is no-more interested in such moves and want to make the growth & progress of state through day dreaming ideas.

Today when central planning commission has planned to add around 1 lakh megawatt more power generation capacity up to 2020, the 2% participation in power generation capacity of Uttarpradesh gives a very dull & muted planning of the ruling government . Today the state shares around 17% national population which will reach to around 20% by 2020 and at that time power generation capacity share of the state will be less than 5%. All these statistics can be said that the ruling government is pushing to state towards a dull, non-progressive and obtuse future condition.

When the Bihar state, ranked one of the least developed states in planning commission’s 2007 report, is achieving the exponential growth under ruling CM Nitish Kumar government through a well and designed planning , it makes an essential need for the Uttarpradesh government to take some long term decisions which are very essential for the growth and development of state. As India is passing through a transition state and going to become amongst the major economies of the world in next two decades. A lot of FDI is attracted by Gujarat, Maharahtra, Orissa, Chhattisgrah, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra etc to strengthen their infrastructure to ascertain to match the international requirement, it makes very important for Uttarpradesh government to work on power projects which are the back bone of infrastructure development otherwise the state will be far-far behind than other states.

My RAMESWARAM Trip

Recently (21.08.10) I got a chance to have a trip to the holiest place SHRI RAMESWARAM situated in Tamilnadu's pamban island (Rameswaram island). It was my great wish from a long time to have a tour to this historical and vey holly place as I am living in Tamilnadu itself from last one year. I do believe on the hindu mythology that whenever God will be pleased to u, automatically somehow u will get chance to travel that place. I am really happy and feeling proud to have a trip to such place where SHRI RAMCHANDRA built a bridge to cross the sea to reach the lanka in search of his wife MATA SEETA from her abductor Ravan. Shri Rama is said to have offered worship at a pre-chosen auspicious moment to a SHIVALINGAM fashioned out of earth by MATA SITA. This lingam is referred to as RAMALINGAM and thats why town is known as RAMESWARAM.

I am proud to see such a magnificient temple. It is believed to be amongst 12 Jyotirlingas based on Hindu vedical system and considered as the southermost teertha. As I studied in Banaras Hindu Univeristy and there only I learned and started loving worship of SHRI SHIVA, the trip added one more count in my bug trips whom I will always remember.
From Trichy to Rameswaram, I reached through train and reached RAMESWARAM early morning. It was heavily raining and there was no auto or bus infront of the railway gate. As many people were going by walk, I  also started amidst such a hevay rain. Within 5 min walk I got an autowala having 2 persons in his auto and requested him to take me to the temple. Within 5 min I was infront of the temple and curiously looking such a marvelous creation. Soon I found a locker room where after keeping all my luggage I left for sea bath (traditional bath before the temple darshn). It was very exciting to have a chilled bath when the water was quite salty and 3-4 times I drank that water to test. I dont know but every moment was looking very exciting and cheerful. From there in wet clothes only I reached infront of the tepmle and found a big que for taking bath from the water of  22 wells around the temple. It is considered as very auspicious and after that only one is allowed to have darshan to SHRI RAMNATHSWAMY (BHAGVAN SHIVA). I realized that the waters of all the wells was not ony quite different in temperature but also in taste. I dont know but it really looks amazing and God gifted quality. It took aorund 1 and half hours to have a bath from all the 22 wells. Then I proceeded for darshan.

After darshan I was very hungry and came to Hotel Abhiramy where tasted Idly and hot coffee. I dont know why but during all the time I was feeling very calm, very happy and energetic, it was somekind of inner happiness whom I can't define by words.
I thank to GOD who offred me to have a trip to such a holy, hisotrical, natural and geographically important place.
Her Her Mahadev.......baba Vishwanath Ki jai.........baba Ramnathswamy ki jai......jai Narmdeswar baba.

What is the real need in Kashmir?

I think  the recent condition of the valley pushes me to think "Is India failing in Kashmir? Are Kashmiri's losing their interest towards Omar led govt? Is separatists and free Kashmir voice is going to win?"
The answer doesn't look simple. Within around one month  4-5 times curfew was imposed due to different mishaps in different part of the velley. As claimedd by media, mjor deaths took place due to security firing and suddenly the security forces came under scanner and a lot of things published against the force attitude. But none of them thought about the ruling govt and the real plight of kashmiris. The innocent kashmiris have become the toy of separatist and state govt. Each time the kashmiris are given the assurance of development,  industrialization and implementation of job creation programs but these assurance never takes place a real shape. The big question here arises, Is state givt failing or separatist doesn't really want the development of the valley sothat they can play the politics and behind the scene they can get the sympathy of innocent kashmiris?
The history and the activities in last some years has shown the tendency that kashmiris are no longer willing to suffer a stage of playground for pakistan & India and now they really want to come to main stream and want to live a standard and joyfull life. They really want to include themselves in the mainstream of development in todays globalised world.
The majority of people in Kashmir appear tired of the two decade old violence, involving militants and Indian troops, which has declined significantly — with almost no major attacks in the main city of Srinagar for more than a year now.
The recent curfew imposition and the mishaps can be said the failure of union as well as state govt. The youth is boiled now and it makes an essential need for the union govt of India to take some positive steps for the gowth, development of the valley. The youth should be properly assured that they wil not be excluded from the participation of India's growth. The real steps will be taken now.
Indian govt should also come forward to take some more steps to join themselves from the real mass instead of separatists leaders. The reality is that separatisits and hurriyats want the riots, mishaps sothat their politics and their fame can be used for states programs. Its time for the young youths also to understand the reality and to work according to their real heart.
